starfish dead?
can someone please tell me how to tell if my starfish is dead?

If it doesn't move for a long time it is probably dead. More information would help.

usually it will shrink and start falling apart, like peeling and limb's falling off. I had linkia's and fromia's die in my tanks and will never keep any more. They usually all starve too death in our tanks.

i had a couple of serpents that came with cleanup crews that i bought and they both died....dunno why, their arms/legs just started falling off and the disk was all that was left....feast for the hermits though! lol
