T 5 bulbs URI or Coral life ? for you.

I plan on using the URI T5 bulbs with my Icecap ballast because I was told it would almost double my light. 25 watts to 40 watt on a 2 foot bulb. Will the coral life T5 bulbs do the same on my icecap ballast ? I see where it says 25/40 on the URI brand bulbs but not on the Coral life bulbs. Is this because the Coral life bulbs wont work like the URI T5s ?
