Zoo´s closing into them selves?!?

Hi.

Just added HQI (metal halide on my tank) which i used to have T8 Lighting over, this resulted in my zoanthids wrapping into themselves... can this be because the light is too powerful for the zoos? Should i move them near the bottom.. or do they simply need to adjust?

Can you move the lights up, and over the coarse of a week or two bring them back down?
