euro reef cs6-2 and 20g long sump

Hey folks,

I have a er cs6-2 and the biggest/longest sump with no issues of reaching pumps etc would be a 20g long. I do plan to section off a small portion for a fuge, meaning about 6-8" section. Anything is better than nothing I have heard so it can't hurt. My main question is should there be any problems with regards to the skimmer working propperly as long as the water level is adequate? going into a 90g fowlr by the way.

Thanks alot,

Nick
