PAR question
Would going from a lower PAR, say around 25 to a higher one say around 55 cause any bad side effects? Should the corals be adjusted to the higher PAR levels gradually much like when you replace your lamps and the output lumens are higher then the older lamp output? Can you have to much PAR for certain corals or do they simply use what they need?
