Tomato Clowns not hosting in my LTA?

It's been about two weeks and my tomato clowns have not hosted in my LTA? Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make them host? The tomatos were tank raised, does this have any affect? Please help

Sometimes it can take a while for a relationship to be formed. I've seen it take a few months in some cases.
