36 watt pc lighting
I have just set up my first small reef in 10 years. I am quite excited despite still getting over having to tear down my 90 gal that was loaded with sps and clams. I just moved from the US to Canada so i had to give away all of my coral boo hoo. Anyways I just bought a 29 gallon oceanic bio cube and i am not too shure about the two 36 watt power compacts and the life they will be able to support. Can someone with some experience with this 36 watt pc lighting please let me knopw what has been doing well for them?
Thank you Tom Morford |

my JBJ 24 gallon has the same lighting and I keep a bunch of LPS and a variety of SPS. The SPS (mostly Montis) does better than I expected with the PC bulbs. Ive had mine up for a year now and it has been doing well with all the corals I have. I say give it a try before you go upgrading.
