Pic of my tank Flow ,sand light problems

Here are a few pictures of my tank. I have issue with :
A deep sand bed 3-5in
May not be enough flow I have 2-seio in the tank but run them on a timer off&on and the return flow on a squad.
Poor lighting 2 -175 MH 14&20K but will upgrade to 2-250w soon
Corals too closed together

Other then that it's just the way I want my reef to look

What a GREAT looking tank. What are you doing that is causing this? Wish and only pray mine will ever look that colorful. When you thin things out just drop me a note, I will buy some of it from you.....Bill

“Beauty is only skin deep”
Problem I have are deep there is almost 5-6in of sand in the back of the tank and 3-4in the front. So Deep sand beds I been reading about how it maybe a time bomb.
Corals are too closed together and always fighting for space.
I found a Zoa spider (must be more) o.k. right now since the Zoa are winning the fight for space. The spider may give my SPS and LPS a edge. I start with just a few zoo frags and they seem to grow too fast.
Too much coralline grows on the front of the tank grow too fast can’t keep up with it.
Tanks front was fully cover with it for over a year when I stopped taken care of it. It took me over 4 hrs to get most of it off. I was surprise most things did well.
My Rose split and one is moving around in the tank can’t seem to remove.
Current flow- I have 2 seio that are stuck n place because of sps coral growing over them. Only one slooks like its working O.K. the other has a low flow.
Looks good now but Yes there are lots of problems.

Thanks
I am lazy.... I change water once in a blue moon. I don't test anything. I run a CA reactor but have not played with it for over a year. The skimmer I run a month and then off far a month. Why? to save electric. I feed the fish once ever 2 day sometime I forget. I do like to add new coral frags. Bufore this picture the blubs were in ther for over a year.Just change them out with $10 ebay specials. I 1st thought the deep sand beds are what ‘s saving me but after reading a few posting about them I’m not sure if it a ticking time bomb. And I drip RODI water into the sump. I should measure what my Salinity is at.
So I’m not sure why.
