best of 2006

What were some of the things (products, ideas, methods, tools) of 2006 that you felt was groundbreaking or just awesome?

I personally really enjoyed the amount of information available online this past year with many diy sites popping up and even podcasts! As for products I am really enjoying my new vortech! Also am impressed with the nano tunzes...

I know there's more but can't think right now.... (I'm pretending to work)

Well, something new for 2006 thats going to be amazing is l.e.d. lighting. Hasnt quite got to the point of being a full replacement for halides yet, but it will.

I like the increased use of t5's...not new but is really expanding

tunze nano's, not extremely powerful but they are really small and easily adjustable to point anywhere

Vortec. Really like to one we put in our 215. Definitely can see how the SPS's like the increase in flow.
