Yea or Nay: Via Aqua pumps

I've seen them in people's laundry list sigs, but haven't seen a lot of discussion. By the specs, they consume less electricity than near-equivalent mag-drives. What are people's experiences with them?

I have a 1300 up and running for almost 2 years. No problems. No issues and quiet
