Power compact square pin to straight pin bulb adapter?

Do they sell these bulb adapters at a local hardware or lighting store?

I got mine from hellolights.com i think both came with the ballast.

Hmm what kind of ballast did you purchase? Is it a tight fit when you use them in your fixture?
